Halloween Carnival Volume 1
by Brian James Freeman, Kevin Lucia
John A. Little, Lisa Morton
This book contains five different short horror stories that I had such high hopes for and was perfect for Halloween reading. But failed my hopes big times.
This is one of those books "I wish I liked it, but I didn't".
the first two stories were okay but hadn't much to do with Halloween. I could not connect with the characters nor the story and I have to read twice to understand what’s going on there.
Story three just made zero sense without an ending.
I skipped The fourth story after reading a few pages.
The fifth story had a good beginning and then went downfall.

Personally, I don’t think I'm the right audience for this book.
